Graffiti Removal (NZ) Ltd was established in 2005 to enable the Company to import Worlds Best Products into New Zealand as no other businesses were importing these Graffiti Removal Products made in Australia at that stage.
In early 2005 Graffiti Removal (NZ) Ltd applied to ERMA to import the relevant Graffiti Removal Products. It took the company a large part of 2005 to gain authority from ERMA to allow that stage to take place as it was deemed that the chemicals involved were new products into New Zealand. However towards the end of 2005 the chemicals involved landed in New Zealand. Then process of convincing Local Body Organisations, or their preferred contractors, that Worlds Best Graffiti Removal Products were in fact World Best products when it came to removing Graffiti from various surfaces began.
It was a long process and it took over 2 years of consistent travel from our base in Invercargill to meet with contractors and local authorities and talk about the ability of these products to remove various types of graffiti. While many were dubious about the ability of the products to work, a demonstration on often VERY stubborn surfaces showed that the chemicals were indeed Worlds Best.
As well, schools were visited when time allowed as they also have issues with graffiti, especially in toilet areas, and have difficulty in removing permanent markers off painted surfaces. However again the products proved their worth and now many schools are able to remove permanent (vivid and the likes) from toilets and other surfaces without having to close off areas and repaint them at considerable costs both in time and materials.
The company has enjoyed steady success since that time circulating chemicals around New Zealand by way of Mainfreight. Due to being associated with a company that is producing the chemical on a world stage it is able to remain in the forefront of new development to remove Graffiti from surfaces effectively and efficiently. It is also able to take into consideration new products that Graffiti Tags are being done with so keeping the contractors and Schools in New Zealand to the forefront of new developments.
